Blogs - Mollie House

A blog is an interactive website where the author can post in an informal or a conversational way. The author or authors  post regularly (Google). I'd like to consider myself to have lots of experiences with blogs. In high school my physics teacher had a "flipped" classroom where she posted the lectures online to her blog, as well as other materials. Each night we would have to go through the blog and watch the lectures and take notes so when we got to class we would just work on the homework.  More recently I follow a beauty and lifestyle blogger and read all her posts and look at her pictures. I feel that both these experiences have given me a great understanding about blogs. Blogs are a great way to have students engage in a class. As I previously stated, my teacher used her blog to demonstrate the material in a way that we could always go back and look at, so there would be no confusion while studying. Her blog is a perfect example of an educational blog. http://sgbscience.net/physics/
